We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to assist you.

Here's what we ask:

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
If the return is due to :

Consumer reasons:

the consumer is responsible for shipping fees.
Personalized products cannot be returned without a quality issue.
If goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, consumers are not responsible for shipping fees.
Eligible returns must meet specific criteria:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be unused and undamaged.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@naillya.com. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
After confirmation from customer service, return the product with the product list including the product ID. A tracking number is required.


Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately for assistance.

A picture showing the problem/defect must be provided when submitting a return/exchange request is requested.

Order Cancellation:

Full refunds are offered for orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Submit an order cancellation request to info@naillya.com.
Order cancellations are not accepted once orders have been shipped.

Quality Issue :

Naillya Nestlings has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. For incorrect products It offers a full refund or replacement


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-15 business days.
If you haven't received a refund, please check with your bank and credit card company.

Customers are only charged shipping costs once (including returns); no restocking fees are charged for returns.
